6:30 p.m. Mandatory Work Night - All 4-H Clubs and FFA
Chapters must be represented. You must check
in with your division superintendent. Failure to be
represented may result in loss of premiums.

Tuesday, August 10
5-10 p.m. Livestock may enter grounds
6-9:30 p.m. Weigh, tag and inspect all market swine
5-10 p.m. Exhibitors may turn in Record Books to Livestock
Office.

Wednesday, August 11
6-8 a.m. Livestock may enter grounds
6 a.m.-1 p.m. Record Books must be to the Livestock Office by 1:00
6:30 a.m. Office open for Horse Show exhibitors
7:30 a.m. 4-H & Open Horse Show
8 a.m. Fair officially opens. All displays must be up and all livestock must be on the grounds.
8 a.m. Rabbit/poultry Fitting and Showing
followed by Classification
TBA Cat Show
8:30-9 a.m. Weigh, tag and inspect market goats.
9 a.m. Start weighing, tagging and inspecting of sheep
9-10 a.m. Weigh, tag and inspect all steers
(must be weighed by 10 a.m.)
12 p.m. Opening Ceremony at Flag Pole
4 p.m. Livestock Superintendent meeting in Livestock Office
5 p.m. Exhibitors, Parents, Superintendents meeting. All
exhibitors are expected to attend in Show Arena
6 p.m. Pony Express Gaming Show (one hour after
Horse Show)
7 p.m. Talent Show
11 p.m. Fairgrounds Closed

Thursday, August 12
8 a.m. Swine and Sheep Classification
10 a.m. FFA Tractor Driving Career Development Event
11:30 a.m. Swine Breed Judging
12 p.m. 4-H/FFA Livestock Judgings
12-9 p.m. Activities for all ages including
Oregon Museum of Science Institute
2 p.m. 4-H/FFA Dairy Judging
3 p.m. Market Wether Classification
3:30 p.m. Beef Fitting & Showing followed by Classification
